Our practice is led by Dr. Ioannis Melas, a principal data scientist with over 16 years of experience in applying advanced machine learning to solve critical business problems.
Prior to founding INM Consulting, Dr. Melas led and developed high-impact projects at world-class organizations across multiple industries, including developing Reinforcement Learning controllers for manufacturing production lines, creating machine learning workflows for semiconductor CPU/GPU verification, and building biomedical NLP models processing millions of articles for pharmaceutical R&D.
He holds a PhD in Data Science/Bioinformatics and has published numerous peer-reviewed papers. His expertise forms the foundation of our firm's technical authority.
